  1. Once you have placed your order, we will review and confirm it via email or phone. If any of the products you ordered are unavailable, you will have the option to indicate whether you would like them to be replaced with similar products on the checkout page. Orders placed from Monday to Thursday by 11:00 AM will be shipped the same day and delivered the next day. Orders placed from Thursday at 11:01 AM to Sunday will be shipped on Monday and delivered on Tuesday.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
  2. The products are placed in boxes depending on the volume of each order and we do not ensure that if you have fragile products they are properly packaged.<\/li>\n \t
  3. If the order also includes products that require temperature conditions, we use special boxes that can keep the temperature constant (from -20 to 4 degrees Celsius) for up to 50 hours.<\/li>\n \t
  4. If the click and collect service is used the handling and preparation fees to start are \u00a3 0.<\/li>\n \t
  5. Orders in which we have perishable products will be sent by courier using the next day delivery service but in some cases the packages can arrive in 36 hours or even 48 hours.<\/li>\n \t
  6. After receiving the tracking number via email, any request to modify order details or the delivery address may affect the delivery time.
